Measuring Instruments<\/strong> has implemented the new regulation and <strong>assists you<\/strong> in certifying your dynamometric equipment, thus ensuring its compliance with the new requirements.<\/p>\n<p>As can be easily understood, the introduction of the new regulation significantly increases the number of required operations, which currently ranges from 115 to <strong>135 measurements<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-3 nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"--awb-border-radius-top-left:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-left:0px;--awb-padding-top:0px;--awb-padding-bottom:0px;--awb-margin-top:0px;--awb-margin-bottom:0px;--awb-flex-wrap:wrap;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-2 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last\" style=\"--awb-padding-right:20px;--awb-padding-left:20px;--awb-bg-size:cover;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-column-has-shadow fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Now let us get into deeper detail to better understand where such high values come from.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Let us start by saying that, for the points stated above (lower limit value, 60% and 100% capacity), measurement is repeated as follows:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>5 times for type-1 torque tools and for type-2 torque tools of class A, D, G;<\/li>\n<li>10 times for type-2 torque tools of class B, C, E, F.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Upon client\u2019s request, more measurement points can be added.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, 4 test types are carried out, depending on wrench\/screwdriver classification, on the interface between the measured unit and the torque bench, on the output drive geometry, and on the force loading point. Let us take a look at them.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">In <strong>reproducibility tests (brep), <\/strong>4 measurements cycles are carried out at the measurement range minimum value. The following measurements are carried out for each cycle:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>5 measurements for type-1 torque tools and for type-2 torque tools of class A, D, G;<\/li>\n<li>10 measurements for type-2 torque tools of class B, C, E, F.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If an output drive is used, additional<strong> measurements <\/strong>should be carried out<strong> in order to determine the variation due to its geometric effects (bod)<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>4 cycles of 10 measurements, at the measurement range minimum value, for square drive outputs;<\/li>\n<li>6 cycles of 10 measurements, at the measurement range minimum value, for hexagonal drive outputs;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Here is a series of <strong>measurements to determine the variation due to geometric effects of the interface between the output drive of the torque tool and the calibration system (bint)<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>4 cycles of 10 measurements, at the measurement range minimum value, for square drive outputs;<\/li>\n<li>6 cycles of 10 measurements, at the measurement range minimum value, for hexagonal drive outputs;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>On torque screwdrivers, 2 cycles of 10 <strong>measurements are carried out to determine the variation due to the variation of the force loading point (bl)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In compliance with the new regulation, <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>S.D.M. Measuring Instruments <\/strong><\/span>guarantees that your certificate shall contain a <span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong><em>declaration of conformity<\/em><\/strong><\/span> certifying the test results, which allows you to obtain useful information about the operation of the equipment.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div
