Our commercial structure, with well-defined roles and assignments, aims to be the reference and the interface between our Customers and the calibration laboratory.

Our Account Managers are the reference contact on the assigned territory, directly or through local representatives. They promote our calibration services among their Customers, actively seeking improvement and development areas. They introduce S.D.M to new Customers directly and/or through local representatives.

They provide after-sale services, as an interface with our technical staff, and they strive to be the commercial and technical contact for their customers for all questions related to calibration.

The Sales Director is not only coordinating sales, but he also supports local Account Managers and their representatives, both from the commercial and the technical point of view. He has full control over his enterprise and he is therefore in a position to offer customized calibration services, according to Customer’s requests.

The Service Manager manages the ordinary calibration tasks according to the agreements undertaken with the Customer. He focuses on the specific calibration tasks and coordinates all activities, through the Account Managers, among the lab technical, incoming goods, shipping and commercial departments. His activity starts with the incoming calibration task and ends with the final shipping to the Customer.
